Google Chrome is a free and open-source web browser being developed by Google. It is currently available for Windows, with versions for Mac OS X and Linux under development. Chrome uses the Webkit rendering engine, the same one used by Safari. Chrome is intended to be a lightweight browser, thus it is seen on Netbooks.
